What is Studio Matisse?Studio Matisse is a pottery studio and cafe located in Greenhills San Juan City, offering a variety of pottery workshops for beginners and enthusiasts alike.

What is included in the workshop fees?Our workshop fees include the use of pottery tools, aprons, stoneware clay, and a certificate of participation.

What types of workshops do you offer?A: For beginners, we offer a 1-Day Wheel Throwing Experience, 1-Day Hand-Building Experience, and Mug Painting. For those looking to level up their skills, we have a 2-Day Intermediate Hand-Building Course and a 4-Day Intermediate Wheel Throwing Course. We also offer fun, themed hand-building workshops like Charm Making, Animal Bowl Making, and more, as well as exciting activities for kids!

How do I book a workshop?Some workshops may be booked via our website—click "Book Now" in the upper right corner of this page. For other workshops, private events, or any inquiries, send us a message on Instagram @studiomatisse.ph to check for available schedules.

What are your Cancellation and Rebooking Policies?We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise that may prevent you from keeping your reservation. In such cases, we recommend rescheduling for a future date. Please reach out to us on Instagram @studiomatisse.ph for rebooking. Otherwise, payments made are non-refundable. Potters are allowed to book once. Potters have to inform the studio 5 business days prior to the original schedule of their class. Potters who do not show up to their reservation date are not eligible for a refund or a rebooking. To accommodate any unforeseeable events, we will allow potters a grace period of 15 minutes. After the grace period, we will start the class to avoid any delays for other participants.

When can we get our ceramic pieces?After the class, your works will be ready for pickup within 8 to 12 weeks. As pieces need to be dried, fired and glazed. Some pieces might have cracks, breaks on them after firing due to numerous factors such as air pockets and uneven drying

Where else can I park nearby?For easier parking, we recommend parking at Gloria Maris or the Promenade Mall, both located right across from Studio Matisse. These options offer more available spaces and easier access.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept payments through our website, offering a wide variety of options, including but not limited to credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.

What are the other services you offer?We offer cafe and pottery space rental, pottery workshops for private events, studio use and glazing and firing services.

Do I need to bring any materials for the workshops?No, all necessary materials and tools are provided as part of the workshop fee.

What should I wear to the workshop?We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a bit dirty. Aprons are provided for your convenience.

Is there parking available at Studio Matisse?Yes, there are a few parking spots available directly in front of Studio Matisse. However, these spots can get double-parked during busy times. We would recommend parking at Gloria Maris (directly across the street) or at the Promenade Mall.
