Cancellation Policy
CONVENIENCE FEE: Avoid the 4% convenience fee by chatting directly with us on Instagram. RESCHEDULING/REBOOKING: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise that may prevent you from keeping your reservation. In such cases, we recommend rescheduling for a future date. Potters are allowed to rebook once and have to inform the studio 5 business days prior to the original schedule. Please reach out to us on Instagram @studiomatisse.ph for rebooking. Otherwise, payments made are non-refundable. NO-SHOW: Potters who do not show up to their reservation date are not eligible for a refund or a rebooking. LATE: To accommodate any unforeseeable events, we will allow potters a grace period of 15 minutes. After the grace period, we will start the class to avoid any delays for other participants.
